Jeffrey Constien

Jeff (spelled the correct way) is Midwestern through and through. Born in Iowa to a family of farmers, he moved to Chicago's suburbs when he was 10 years old – just in time to watch Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls begin their decade of dominance. He attended undergraduate at the University of Illinois (I-L-L…I-N-I!) and law school at Ohio Northern University (Go Polar Bears!). And somewhere along the way, the Governor of Kentucky commissioned Jeff as a Kentucky Colonel. Jeff embodies that ideal Midwestern blend of rural work ethic, urban pragmatism, and overall good cheer, making him an asset to our clients.

Jeff joined our firm after years of successfully defending taxpayers from IRS overreach by vociferously advocating fair treatment for regular Janes and Joes who wanted Uncle Sam off their backs. Jeff’s tax work focused on helping individuals and businesses achieve equitable resolutions, often in the face of daunting financial and regulatory challenges. Through dedication and expertise, Jeff developed a reputation for guiding clients toward solutions that restored their financial stability and confidence.

At Rosenberg, Eisenberg & Shactman, Jeff joins us in our mission to deliver results to our clients. Whether we are up against an irresponsible driver, a careless nursing home, or some other negligent miscreant, Jeff is in the trenches battling for our clients.

When Jeff isn’t securing favorable settlements for his clients, he plays or coaches basketball with his oldest, Jack, pretends to be a monster truck driver with Asher, or makes up songs for Caleb's amusement.
